The food critics of GaultMillau Switzerland published their Guide 2020 on October 7th 2019.
Seiler Hotels Restaurants scored a total of 57 GaultMillau points. The Ristorante Capri achieved with 17 points the maximum number of points that was awarded this year in Zermatt.

Ristorante Capri Zermatt - 17 points & 1 Guide Michelin star: "The Ragazzi from Capri (Italy) spend the winter again in Zermatt, and of course they brought their bestseller from the island: The "Tagliolini al limone con burrata, gamberi rossi crudi e asparagi di mare". The boys never get this wonderful course off the menu again, neither in winter at the "Mont Cervin Palace" nor in summer at the "Il Riccio", the fantastically romantic beach restaurant on Capri."
Grill le Cervin - 14 points: "One card for all demands. A selection of wines for every budget. An impeccable service. And a convincing cuisine. No wonder, the Grill le Cervin in the renowned five-star house is always very well attended."
MYOKO - 13 points: "Nippon in Zermatt! In the restaurant "Myoko" you almost think you're in Japan, if it weren't for the Matterhorn at the door. On the ground floor there's Nigiri, Maki and Sashimi or a first-class vegetable tempura. On the first floor, guests can juggle and flambé directly in front of the Teppanyaki grills. The experienced Japanese crew doesn't just create show effects."
