The Valais region is honoured in each dish at the Cheese Factory: a setting with a traditional feel, where raclette and fondue can be tasted in a cosy atmosphere. The menu dares original, local, specialties, prepared in modern and extra gourmand way, in a setting designed around images of the Alpine Region. The cheese is local, of great vintages, tweaked, depending on the recipes, according to the season.
