RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
SPECIFIC ACCESS CONDITIONS
Access to the service is not authorised for minors under the age of 16. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Mothers-to-be from the 4th month of pregnancy are accepted. Please let us know when you book your appointment so that we can offer you the correct treatment. Many treatments are not permitted during pregnancy.
DELAYS
The length of service shown is the length of time you will spend at the spa. To make the most of your experience, we ask that you keep to your appointment times. In the event of a delay, we will do our best to provide you with the same service if our schedule allows. However, if this is not possible, the service will have to be reduced by the same amount so as not to delay any subsequent appointments. The price of the service shortened by the delay will remain the same.
