Le Restaurant

Along with an impressive range of shellfish, Le Restaurant specializes in fish, crustaceans and seafood and is sure to appeal to fans of fresh, iodized flavors with a concept that is unique to Zermatt.

From scallop carpaccio to lobster stew, from oysters to selected caviars and generous platters, Dutch chef René Kockelkoren is inspired by the catch of the day and the finest seafood.

Opened last year, Le Restaurant in the Mont Cervin Palace Zermatt successfully earned 14 points from the Gault & Millau gastronomic guide and a Bib Gourmand in just one season. The hotel’s three restaurants have now been awarded a total of 45 Gault & Millau points.
